Axis Bank added convert Edge rewards to Points & Miles

Axis Bank is one of the largest banks that offers various banking and credit card services to its customers. Bank started transferring credit card reward points to partner hotels like United Airlines, Marriott Bonvoy, Singapore Airlines, and many other international brands.

Previously, Edge miles were eligible to be transferred to partner airlines and hotels, but recently Edge reward points became transferable, which gives customers more freedom to avail themselves of various benefits. Axis Bank has expanded its already impressive list by adding a few more transfer partners, and now miles transfers can be done on the Travel Edge portal.

New Miles Transfer Partner

The cardholder enjoys the benefit of transferring their points to hotel partners or airlines across the world. Here are the new partners added to the program: Japan Airlines, Air Canada, Accor, Wyndham Hotels, Qantas Airways, and Thai Airways.

How you can convert Edge Points to Miles
  • You need to log in and select Points or Miles Transfer on the Axis Bank Travel Edge portal.
  • Choose any airline or hotel partner.
  • For a first-time user, you need to click on ‘Link Member’ to link the membership ID.
  • Proceed with the mile transfer and select Send an OTP to your phone number for verification.

There should be a minimum of 500 EDGE miles and 300 EDGE reward points available for a mileage transfer request. The transfer process may be completed within 3 business days, but sometimes it takes up to 15 days.

Cardholders now enjoy many more options for mile transfers and can convert their points based on their vacation and travel plans.
